All returned items will be refunded once they've been inspected by our Ecolution team. This includes damages and exchanges. A return of the product goes as follow:

• Mail us via ecolution-ibl@hotmail.com with your receipt and make us aware of the claim you are making.

• The request will be taken into consideration whereas you will receive a reciprocation within 1-2 business days.

• If the claim does not fit into our conditions, other solutions will take place. If the claim does fit into our conditions, the product can be returned and a refund will be given.

We offer 2 different payment methods. The first one is payment links. For this option we offer 2 different service providers. We offer our clients the possibility to choose their preferred service provider, it can be tikkie or bunq. This payment link is very convenient, and works with any bank. Our customers choose whether they would prefer to receive the link via email, whatsapp or sms. The second payment method is a manual one. In this payment method we provide all of our bank details and the client is then responsible for the manual bank transaction.
