Do you ship internationally?

Question 2

When will I receive my Ulla device?

Accepted Answer

As we ship the orders by hand, you will receive your order within 5 business days. Tracking of the order will be notified through e-mail once it leaves the distribution center.

Question 3

How much does shipping cost?

Accepted Answer

As we currently only ship within the Netherlands, there are no extra shipping costs included. However, if the customer opts for express delivery, this is possible for an additional cost.

Question 4

Do you provide gift packaging with my order?

Accepted Answer

The Ulla devices come in their own box and are packaged in our sustainable packaging. However, if you want to gift an Ulla for a special occassion, we provide the option of attaching a ribbon to your box for an additional price.

Question 5

I received the wrong Ulla device. What do i do?

Accepted Answer

In the case of receiving the wrong Ulla device, please contact us as soon as possible through our email. If the battery tag is not removed, we will exchange the Ulla personally.

Question 6

What shipping providers do you use?

Accepted Answer

The Ecolution team delivers 75% of the orders personally within the Netherlands. The remaining 25% will be delivered by Postnl.

Question 7

I have received a broken Ulla device. What do I do?

Accepted Answer

Orders that have been made trough us whereas customers would like to exchange it, goes as follow:
Mail us via ecolution-ibl@hotmail.com with your receipt and make us aware of the claim you are making and that you would like to exchange the product.
The request will be taken into consideration whereas you will receive a reciprocation within 2-3 business days.
