Ecolution is not responsible for packages loss in the mail
Return & Exchange Policy
​
All returned items will be refunded once they've been inspected by our Ecolution team. This includes damages and exchanges. A return of the product goes as follow:

Mail us via ecolution-ibl@hotmail.com with your receipt and make us aware of the claim you are making.

The request will be taken into consideration whereas you will receive a reciprocation within 1-2 business days.

If the claim does not fit into our conditions, other solutions will take place. If the claim does fit into our conditions, the product can be returned and a refund will be given.
Orders that have been made trough us whereas customers would like to exchange it, goes as follow:
